Abstract

The application provides a dumbbell with a reverse guide groove structure, which comprises a pin sleeve arranged in the interior of a handle body, at least one pin arranged in the interior of the pin sleeve and matched with the pin sleeve, and a sliding structure; a first guide groove is arranged on the inner wall of the pin sleeve; at least one pin is arranged in the interior of the pin sleeve and matched with the pin sleeve; the sliding structure is integrally arranged with or separately arranged from the at least one pin, matched with the first guide groove, so that the rotation of the pin sleeve drives the at least one pin to rotate or axially move; wherein the outer wall of the at least one pin is not provided with a second guide groove matched with the guide groove.
