Belt buckle nailing apparatus

Abstract

The application discloses a belt buckle riveting equipment, which comprises a positioning seat, a top recess of the positioning seat is provided with an outer groove for positioning a flip cover, an inner groove for positioning a clamping body is recessed in a bottom wall of the outer groove, and positioning holes in communication with the inner groove are arranged at two ends of the positioning seat; two fixing seats are separately arranged at the two ends of the positioning seat, and the fixing seats are internally provided with guide holes in alignment with the through holes; a rivet feeding device, which comprises a vibrating disc, a material channel and a rivet separator, is used for feeding rivets to the guide holes; a pushing device, which is composed of a telescopic driving element and a striker, is used for pushing the rivets into the through holes; and a limiting block and an elastic element are arranged between the fixing seat and the positioning seat. The application has the technical effects that the rivets can be automatically and orderly fed and accurately inserted into the through holes of the flip cover and the clamping body of the belt buckle to complete fixing, the production efficiency and assembly quality are improved, and the equipment has a good reset function.
