Abstract

The application discloses a ring-shaped mortise measuring tool and belongs to the technical field of machining measurement. The ring-shaped mortise measuring tool comprises a machining gauge, wherein the machining gauge comprises a support, a spring rod and a dial indicator. The support is provided with a ring-shaped positioning support structure. The spring rod comprises a sleeve, a measuring rod and a measuring head. The sleeve is arranged on the support. The measuring rod is arranged on the sleeve in a vertical telescopic mode. The front end of the measuring rod is connected with the measuring head. The rear end of the measuring head is provided with a measuring contact part. The dial indicator is arranged on the sleeve. The rear end of the measuring rod is in contact with the dial indicator. According to the application, the base size is consistent with the theoretical value of the main shaft mortise. The measuring tool is placed on the base. Four-point positioning is realized. The dial indicator is zeroed. The main shaft mortise is processed by using a forming tool. During the processing, the measuring tool is placed on the outer circle of the main shaft in a four-point positioning mode. The actual measured value of the mortise surface is detected. The turning amount is determined according to the actual measured value. Therefore, the dimensional tolerance of the part is ensured.
