Abstract

A nylon yarn oiling device relates to the technical field of nylon yarn production, and comprises an oil tank which is horizontally arranged, a plurality of thread grooves are uniformly arranged on the upper part of the two opposite side walls of the oil tank along the length direction, and the plurality of thread grooves on the two opposite side walls of the oil tank are arranged in one-to-one correspondence; a limiting piece is arranged between the two opposite inner walls of the oil tank, the limiting piece is arranged in parallel with the side wall of the oil tank in which the thread grooves are arranged, and the limiting piece is used for immersing the nylon yarn into the oil; and a cleaning mechanism is arranged close to the thread outlet end of the oil tank, the cleaning mechanism comprises two cleaning assemblies which are arranged in opposite directions along the vertical direction, the two cleaning assemblies are slidingly arranged between the inner and outer sides of the oil tank, and a locking piece is arranged between the upper cleaning assembly and the side wall of the oil tank; the limiting piece can ensure uniform oiling of the nylon yarn, the two cleaning assemblies can remove the excess oil of the nylon yarn, the thickness of the nylon yarn can be adjusted according to the specification, and the device has good applicability.
