Abstract

A limit plate is fixedly connected to the surface of the fixed pipe, and a lifting assembly is provided on the top of the limit plate. When feeding is needed during operation of the triazole processing reactor, the user starts a servo motor. The servo motor drives a transmission gear to rotate, which in turn drives a driven gear to rotate. The driven gear then drives a screw to rotate, causing a toothed plate to move upwards. This movement of the toothed plate drives a connecting gear to rotate, which in turn drives a metal rod to rotate. The rotation of the metal rod causes the sealing cover to flip open, facilitating material feeding. Reversing the operation by starting the servo motor resets the sealing cover for resealing, thus achieving efficient mid-process feeding.
