A quartz sand particle screening device

Abstract

This application belongs to the field of quartz sand screening technology and provides a quartz sand particle screening device, including: a support, a screen box, and a receiving tray. The support has a seat plate on top, and a pair of parallel suspension rods extend laterally from one side of the support. The screen box is erected between the two suspension rods and is divided into upper and lower chambers: a screening chamber and a washing chamber. The screening chamber and the washing chamber are vertically connected. The screening chamber contains a screening disc, and the washing chamber contains a filter disc. Rotary shafts protrude from the middle of the outer side of the screen box towards the two suspension rods. The ends of the rotating shafts pass through the corresponding suspension rods and are vertically connected to a steering plate. The ends of the two steering plates face opposite directions and are both rotatably equipped with foot pedals. This application integrates the screening and washing of quartz sand, eliminating the need to transfer the screened quartz sand to the washing station, greatly reducing the labor intensity of workers, effectively improving work efficiency, reducing site occupation, and bringing convenience to on-site work.
