A copper wire cleaning device

Abstract

This utility model discloses a copper wire cleaning device, including a support frame with a water tank mounted on it. Drive rollers are installed at both ends of the water tank. A drain assembly for easy removal of dirt is provided inside the water tank. An electric hydraulic cylinder is fixed to the outside of the water tank, and a fixed frame is fixed to the upper end of the electric hydraulic cylinder. Two limiting rollers are installed on the outside of the fixed frame, and a cleaning assembly for cleaning copper wires is disposed between the two limiting rollers. The cleaning assembly is mounted on the fixed frame. This copper wire cleaning device includes a driven cleaning plate and an active cleaning plate. The driven and active cleaning plates are stacked and clamp the copper wire, allowing for comprehensive cleaning while the copper wire is moving. The driven and active cleaning plates are driven by a transmission gear to achieve reciprocating movement, thus achieving a scrubbing effect on the copper wire and making the cleaning more thorough.
