Abstract

This invention provides a self-cleaning permeable brick raw material mixing and stirring device, comprising: a box body, an electric rod and a main motor fixedly connected to the upper surface of the box body respectively; a transmission shaft movably connected to the top of the inner cavity of the box body via a sealed bearing; the upper end of the transmission shaft connected to the output shaft of the main motor via a coupling; a telescopic rod of the electric rod passing through a through hole in the top of the inner cavity of the box body and fixedly connected to the upper surface of a diverter ring; a cleaning plate fixedly connected to the upper end of the outer side of the diverter ring; high-pressure nozzles symmetrically connected to the lower end of the outer side of the diverter ring; a guide rod fixedly connected to the upper surface of the diverter ring; the inner cavity of the guide rod communicating with the inner cavity of the diverter ring; and the upper end of the guide rod communicating with the interior of a water storage tank via a connector and a liquid infusion pipe. This invention, through the cooperation of the main motor, transmission shaft, fixed block, bottom stirring plate, and stirring block, enables the device to fully stir the raw materials accumulated at the bottom of the inner cavity of the box body, improving the efficiency and quality of mixing the raw materials.
