In this utility model, the baffles guide the splashing water droplets during the spraying process, causing them to slide to the middle of the mixing tank; a fan blows airflow to suppress the adhesion of powdery particles; and a filter screen intercepts rising powdery particles and water droplets, thereby reducing the adhesion of water droplets to the upper part of the mixing tank, lowering the probability of powdery particle adhesion, preventing clogging of the discharge port and water pipe, and reducing cleaning time.
