Abstract

This utility model discloses an injection mold with a venting structure for producing ring-shaped products. The ring-shaped product includes an upper ring portion, a lower ring portion, and an arcuate portion connecting the upper and lower ring portions. The diameter of the upper ring portion is smaller than the diameter of the lower ring portion. The centers of the upper and lower ring portions are offset to form a narrow ring portion and a wide ring portion. The injection mold includes a fixed mold and a moving mold. The fixed mold has a forming recess for forming the outer surface of the ring-shaped product, and the moving mold has a forming protrusion for forming the inner surface of the ring-shaped product. The venting structure is disposed on the forming protrusion and is used to form the wide ring portion. This injection mold with a venting structure can adjust for product shrinkage, overcome defects caused by the misalignment of the centers of the upper and lower ring portions, reduce deformation of the arcuate portion, and improve the product's shape quality.
