Abstract

A blown needle plate structure for a blow molding machine used in the production of plastic bottles includes a blown needle plate body and a 360° rotatable turntable mechanism. The bottom of the turntable mechanism integrates two stations, A and B, symmetrically distributed at 180°. Station A is equipped with a dual blown needle module, and station B is equipped with a single blown needle module. This invention aims to provide a blown needle plate structure for blow molding machines with high production flexibility and significantly improved efficiency. By adopting a dual-station modular design, it supports mixed production of single / double-necked bottles and can quickly switch production modes, greatly improving production efficiency. Simultaneously, by optimizing the installation and positioning structure of the blown needle, it ensures accurate alignment between the blown needle and the preform mold, improving blow molding quality.
