The lower mold assembly is fixedly mounted on the base and includes a metal lower mold shell and a plastic lower mold core. The upper mold assembly is located directly above the lower mold assembly and includes a metal upper mold shell and a plastic upper mold core. The column is vertically fixed on the base. The pressing mechanism includes a support frame, a rotating shaft, a handle, gears, and a rack. Moving the handle rotates the rotating shaft, causing the gears to mesh and drive the rack to move vertically, thus driving the upper mold assembly to close the mold and complete the tool pressing operation. The reset mechanism resets the rack. This manual press, using a mold core made of flexible plastic material, can flexibly press workpieces, protecting fragile or high-requirement workpieces. When the mold wears out, only the inner core needs to be replaced, significantly reducing costs.
