Eight Treasure Porridge Empty Can Detection Device

Abstract

This invention provides a device for detecting empty cans of eight-treasure porridge. The device includes a conveying assembly, an air pipe, and a collection assembly. The conveying assembly includes a conveying mechanism, a first baffle, and a second baffle. The first baffle is located on one side of the conveying mechanism and connected to it. The second baffle is located on the opposite side of the first baffle and connected to the other side of the conveying mechanism. A notch is provided on the second baffle. The air pipe is connected to the first baffle and aligned with the notch. The air outlet of the air pipe faces the side where the second baffle is located, and the air inlet of the air pipe is adapted to connect to an air source via an air passage. The collection assembly is located on the side of the conveying assembly where the second baffle is located and is used to collect cans that fall from the notch. This device is located downstream of the feeding process. The air pipe blows through each passing can, and cans with insufficient filling or those that are empty will be blown over, fall off the conveying mechanism, and into the collection assembly, ensuring that the produced eight-treasure porridge is always fully filled.
