Abstract

By setting the tension adjustment mechanism, when the fabric becomes loose, the damper and spring force drive the U-shaped frame and pressure roller to descend, thereby tightening the fabric. When the fabric becomes too tight, the damper and spring continue to compress, causing the fabric to drive the U-shaped frame and pressure roller to rise, thus preventing the fabric from becoming too tight and ensuring a suitable fabric tension, thereby improving the winding quality.
