A composite slab post-cast strip connection structure that does not require on-site formwork

Abstract

This utility model discloses a post-cast strip connection structure for composite slabs that does not require on-site formwork, comprising a first precast base slab and a second precast base slab connected to each other. The first precast base slab includes a first thermal insulation and sound insulation layer and a first rigid layer. One end of the first rigid layer has a first base slab reinforcement extending outwards. One end of the first thermal insulation and sound insulation layer is flush with the first rigid layer, and the other end is flush with the end of the first base slab reinforcement. The second precast base slab includes a second thermal insulation and sound insulation layer and a second rigid layer. One side of the second rigid layer has a second base slab reinforcement extending outwards. When the first and second precast base slabs are connected, a groove structure is formed between the first and second precast base slabs. The first and second base slab reinforcements are staggered in the groove structure, and concrete is poured into the groove structure. This structural design solves the technical problem of requiring on-site formwork for the post-cast strip connection process in existing composite slab construction.
