A lifting door for self-service beverage equipment

Abstract

This utility model relates to a lifting door for self-service beverage equipment. The lifting mechanism includes a DC motor, a lead screw, and a control unit. The DC motor is connected to the door via the lead screw to drive the door to move vertically. The control unit is based on a microcontroller and is used to process sensor signals and output motor control commands. A slot provides lifting guidance for the door. The limit protection component includes upper and lower limit optical couplers, a slotted optical coupler sensor, and an upper limit block. The upper and lower limit optical couplers are set on the connector of the door. The slotted optical coupler sensor is installed at the position corresponding to the upper and lower limit optical couplers. When the door rises or falls to a predetermined position, the upper and lower limit optical couplers block the slotted optical coupler sensor. The slotted optical coupler sensor sends an electrical signal to the control unit, and the control unit controls the DC motor to stop running. The upper limit block is set at a preset position in the slot to prevent the door from continuing to rise when the slotted optical coupler sensor fails.
