A tail gas series connection device for a carbon black production line

Abstract

This utility model relates to carbon black production equipment, specifically to a tail gas series connection device for a carbon black production line. The device includes a tail gas series main pipe, several grid-connected valves, several tail gas pressurizing fans, several branch pipes, and several valves. The tail gas pressurizing fans are installed at the inlet of the tail gas conveying pipe of the tail gas furnace on each carbon black production line. Each tail gas furnace's tail gas conveying pipe is equipped with a valve. Each tail gas furnace's tail gas conveying pipe is also connected to a branch pipe, and each branch pipe is connected to the tail gas series main pipe. Each branch pipe has a grid-connected valve at its end near the tail gas series main pipe. This device allows for the mutual switching of fuels in the tail gas furnaces of different carbon black production lines within the series connection range, thereby improving production efficiency and reducing production costs.
