Abstract

This utility model discloses an air cap for a fluidized bed furnace to prevent material accumulation. Multiple air caps are evenly arranged on the bottom plate of the fluidized bed furnace. Each air cap includes a cap body, an air supply assembly, and an expansion ball. The cap body has a ball-shaped head and a rod connected to the ball-shaped head. A discharge port is provided at the bottom end of the rod. The air supply assembly is installed inside the cap body, and its air inlet is connected to an external air supply device. The first air outlet of the air supply assembly is located inside the ball-shaped head, and the second air outlet is located inside the rod. The expansion ball is installed on the second air outlet of the air supply assembly and is positioned above the discharge port. This air cap facilitates the discharge of accumulated material without stopping the furnace during discharge, ensuring the production progress and product quality of the fluidized bed furnace.
