Abstract

This utility model relates to a special type of aluminum chromium zirconium refractory brick, belonging to the field of refractory bricks; it includes a frustum-shaped combustion chamber, RB1 type refractory bricks, and RB2 type refractory bricks. Both RB1 and RB2 type refractory bricks are neatly attached to the inner wall surface of the frustum-shaped combustion chamber. The RB1 type refractory bricks are attached to the end with the largest diameter on the inner wall surface of the frustum-shaped combustion chamber, and the RB2 type refractory bricks are attached to the end with the smallest diameter on the inner wall surface of the frustum-shaped combustion chamber. The remaining portion of the inner wall surface of the frustum-shaped combustion chamber is formed by RB1 type refractory bricks. The combination of type B1 and type RB2 refractory bricks, both of which are parallelogram-shaped in the front view and arc-shaped in the side view, with the arc angle of type RB2 being larger than that of type RB1, reduces the number of 11 types of refractory bricks used to 2 types within the same frustum-shaped combustion section. This reduces the use of multiple molds, bringing convenience to workers in actual production, improving production efficiency and mold utilization, and reducing capital consumption.
