A mortar shell guidance assembly

Abstract

This application discloses a mortar shell guidance assembly, including a shell body, a shell fixing component, a shell tube, shell wings, a shell control compartment, and rudders. The shell body has an annular groove in its middle section. The shell fixing component is a ring structure and is installed within the annular groove. The rear end of the shell fixing component is connected to the front end of the shell tube. Multiple shell wings are evenly distributed circumferentially in the middle section of the shell tube, and lugs are provided on the top outer wall of the shell tube. The rear end of the shell tube is connected to the front end of the shell control compartment. Multiple rudders are evenly distributed circumferentially in the middle section of the shell control compartment, and a GPS antenna and a magnetic connector are provided on the top outer wall of the shell control compartment. This application solves the problem in the prior art where mortars typically use an impact fuse mechanism, which, when aiming is flawed, makes the shell easily deviate from the intended target, leading to accidental detonation.
