A data sensing device for measuring water flow pressure at the bottom of a riverbed

Abstract

This invention provides a data sensing device for measuring the pressure of water flow at the bottom of a riverbed. It is a testing device constructed with a miniature polyhedral base, consisting of four parts: a pressure sensing element, the miniature polyhedral base, the testing equipment, and data cables. The miniature polyhedral base has six faces, each with a groove and a cable outlet groove. The data cables of the pressure sensing element are led out through the cable outlet groove and connected to the data acquisition system. Each face also has four vertical holes for fixing the device to the riverbed, preventing it from being washed away by excessive water flow. The advantages of this invention are: it can effectively measure the pressure generated by the flow velocity at the bottom of a riverbed, the testing is convenient, and it provides strong support for practical engineering; the device's internal spherical hollow design is ingenious and saves materials.
