A pipe connector for calibrating flow meters

Abstract

This application provides a pipe connector for calibrating a flow meter, comprising: a measuring pipe body; a flow meter body disposed at the top of the measuring pipe body; a first connecting pipe disposed on the right side of the flow meter body; a connector body disposed on the right side of the first connecting pipe; a connecting assembly disposed within the inner cavity of the connector body; a connecting shell movably connected to the right side of the connector body; a second connecting pipe disposed on the right side of the connecting shell; and three limiting grooves formed within the inner cavity of the connecting shell. Through the design of the connecting assembly, the flow meter to be calibrated can be quickly connected to the calibration device without the need for special tools. The rapid connection of the connecting assembly greatly shortens the connection and disassembly time, eliminating the need for multiple tightening steps or the use of complex tools compared to traditional threaded or flanged connections, allowing operators to complete the connection in a shorter time.
