Abstract

This utility model discloses a lithium battery assembly mechanism, comprising: a transfer mechanism for transporting a steel shell fitted with rubber rings; a material feeding mechanism adjacent to the transfer mechanism for placing the steel shell and horizontally transferring it; a pressing mechanism on the material feeding mechanism for pressing the rubber rings onto the steel shell in place; and a detection mechanism connected to the material feeding mechanism for detecting the steel shell after the rubber rings have been pressed. The transfer mechanism transports the steel shell, initially fitted with rubber rings, to the material feeding mechanism. The material feeding mechanism has a material feeding block with a receiving groove matching the size of the steel shell. After the transfer mechanism positions the steel shell in the receiving groove, the material feeding block moves horizontally, and the pressing mechanism presses the rubber rings onto the steel shell. The material feeding mechanism then transports the pressed steel shell to the conveyor belt of the detection mechanism. The detection mechanism takes photographic inspections of the steel shell from the side and top to check the fit of the rubber rings, achieving efficient assembly and ensuring consistency each time.
