The first scraper plate can scrape off the excess wax adhering to the surface of the dipping roller by contacting the surface of the dipping roller, thereby reducing wax waste. By moving the first scraper plates on both sides inward, the insertion depth of the aluminum plates on both sides can be adjusted according to the width of the aluminum plates, so that the wax on the surface of the dipping roller is adapted to the width of the aluminum plates. The rotation of the dual-axis motor causes the drive screws on both sides to rotate, thereby causing the connecting vertical plates on both sides and the first scraper plate to move inward. The second scraper plate can scrape off the excess wax on the outer wall of the coating roller downward. The clamping rollers can reduce the contact between the end of the first scraper plate and the side wall of the aluminum plate, avoiding scratching the side wall of the aluminum plate.
