Abstract

This utility model provides a device for processing flat tubes for intercoolers, relating to the field of flat tube processing technology. The first rolling conveyor includes a support frame fixed to one side of the support plate, and a pressing plate for bearing the stress during pressing is fixedly connected to one side of the support frame. The purpose of this technical solution is to press round tubes through the linkage of two sets of rolling conveyor mechanisms, achieving continuous flattening of the round tubes using synchronous transmission and a gradual channel. An angle adjustment component ensures that the upper pressing structure is adjustable and stable, ensuring consistent forming dimensions.
