Abstract

A welding positioning and clamping device for the rear triangle upper fork of a bicycle frame includes a base plate, a front end limiting mechanism for the upper fork tube, a short cross tube positioning and clamping mechanism, an upper fork tube pressing mechanism, and a rear end positioning mechanism for the upper fork tube. The base plate is mounted on a rotary table at the welding station. The front end limiting mechanism, short cross tube positioning and clamping mechanism, upper fork tube pressing mechanism, and rear end positioning mechanism for the upper fork tube are sequentially arranged along the central axis in the front-rear direction on the base plate. This invention, through optimized design of the base plate, the positioning mechanisms at both ends of the upper fork tube, the short cross tube positioning and clamping structure, and the upper fork tube pressing mechanism, as well as their interlocking structures, ensures that the technical requirements for workpiece welding are met and that it can be matched with bicycle frames of different specifications and sizes, thereby achieving the goals of improving work efficiency and product quality while reducing production costs.
