A vertical tapping machine

Abstract

This application discloses a vertical tapping machine, relating to the field of hardware manufacturing technology. It includes a base with a mounting platform fixedly connected to its interior. A turntable is mounted on the mounting platform, and a vibratory feeder is fixedly connected to the interior of the base. When tapping a workpiece, the workpiece is placed on the vibratory feeder and transported to the turntable via the vibratory feeder. The workpiece is then transported via the cooperation of the turntable and its fixed plate. During this process, the tapping and reaming mechanisms process the transported workpiece. Afterward, the processed workpiece is automatically unloaded via a feeding mechanism and transported to a collection box for storage. This achieves automated continuous processing of workpieces, realizing full automation of the entire process from loading, positioning, tapping, and unloading. It eliminates tedious steps such as manual clamping and tool adjustment, further improving production efficiency.
