Disassembly and assembly auxiliary tools

Abstract

This application relates to the field of auxiliary tooling technology, specifically to auxiliary tooling for disassembly and assembly, including a mounting bracket, a hinge plate, a threaded rod, and a slide. The mounting bracket provides a mounting base; one end of the hinge plate is hinged to the mounting bracket; one end of the threaded rod is threaded to the mounting bracket, and the other end of the threaded rod abuts against the hinge plate. The threaded rod rotates while moving axially to push the hinge plate, thereby adjusting the angle of the hinge plate on the mounting bracket; the slide is adjustablely mounted on the hinge plate and has a maintenance placement position. In this application, the slide is adjustablely mounted on the hinge plate and can move on the hinge plate. When disassembling a motor, the slide can be moved closer to the motor for easy disassembly; after disassembly, the motor is placed in the maintenance placement position on the slide, and then the slide is moved away from the installation position. When installing a new motor, the slide can also be moved closer to the installation position, making operation convenient and improving disassembly and assembly efficiency.
