Abstract

This utility model provides a surface treatment device for polyester-viscose yarn, including a base, a fixing device on the top of the base, and two parallel fixing frames on the side of the base away from the fixing device. A first motor is provided on one side of the fixing frames, and a first rotating shaft is provided between the two fixing frames at the output end of the first motor. A first roll is provided on the first rotating shaft. The fixing device consists of two parallel support frames, and a placement platform is provided at the top of the support frames. A rotatable second rotating shaft is installed in the placement platform, and a second roll is provided on the second rotating shaft. Gauze is wound on the second roll. An adsorption device and an adhesion device are also provided on the top of the base. One end of the gauze passes through the adsorption device and the adhesion device and is wound on the first roll. After the first motor is started, the first rotating shaft drives the first roll to rotate, and the gauze gradually transfers from the second roll to the first roll. The adsorption device and the adhesion device treat the surface of the gauze, and finally the clean gauze is neatly stored on the first roll for subsequent use.
