Abstract

This utility model discloses a small air-suspended fan control box, relating to the field of mechanical equipment. It includes a box body with a detachable front partition that divides the box interior into a control chamber and a wind chamber. A detachable rear partition is installed at the bottom of the wind chamber, dividing it into an inlet chamber and an outlet chamber. An air inlet is located at the bottom of the inlet chamber. A filter cartridge is inserted into the rear partition, connecting the inlet and outlet chambers. The filter cartridge contains multiple filter layers. The fan is located inside the outlet chamber. When the fan is activated, the drawn-out gas is filtered through the filter cartridge and filter layers before exiting, preventing dust from entering the fan. This effectively prevents dust from corroding and protecting the fan, and also avoids dust affecting subsequent production operations.
