Abstract

This invention provides a control system comprising: a distributed control system, a first ring network, and a second ring network; the first ring network includes a first near-end switch and a first inter-network interconnection switch, the first near-end switch being connected to the control terminal of the distributed control system via a main link; the second ring network includes a second near-end switch and a second inter-network interconnection switch, the second near-end switch being connected to the control terminal via a backup link, and the first inter-network interconnection switch being connected to the second inter-network interconnection switch; the control terminal sends control signals to the target switch connected to the control target indicated by the control target address via the main link and the first near-end switch, and when the main link communication is abnormal, sends control signals to the target switch via the backup link and the second near-end switch to control the control target, the target switch including one of the first switch and the second switch. This system adopts a multi-ring network structure and requires no software upgrades.
