Abstract

This utility model relates to the field of energy storage equipment technology, and in particular to a cover plate structure and a battery. The cover plate structure includes an output fixing component, a top cover, and a plastic part. The output fixing component includes a first end located outside the battery. The top cover has a first mounting hole, and a portion of the output fixing component is inserted into the first mounting hole. A first part of the plastic part is sandwiched between the first end and the top cover. The first part has a second mounting hole, and a portion of the output fixing component is inserted into the second mounting hole. The plastic part has a venting channel, one end of which connects to the inner cavity of the second mounting hole, and the other end connects to the outside of the battery. At least a portion of the venting channel has a width W, satisfying 1.5mm≤W≤4mm. By opening a venting channel on the plastic part to connect the second mounting hole and the outside of the battery, the air path can be kept unobstructed when the sealing ring is abnormal, and the abnormality of the sealing ring can be detected. The battery includes a shell and the above-mentioned cover plate structure, with the cover plate structure covering the opening of the shell.
