Composite spider and loudspeakers with composite spider

Abstract

This application provides a composite spider and a loudspeaker having the composite spider. The composite spider provided by this application includes a double spider structure formed by a first spider and a second spider stacked with a gap. The double spider structure has a central through-hole for a voice coil to pass through. An inner adhesive portion for connection with the voice coil is formed around the inner periphery of the double spider structure around the central through-hole, and an outer adhesive portion for connection with the frame is formed around the outer periphery of the double spider structure. A plurality of inner holes are circumferentially distributed in the inner adhesive portion, penetrating the inner adhesive portion. A plurality of outer holes are circumferentially distributed in the outer adhesive portion, penetrating the outer adhesive portion. The loudspeaker provided by this application includes the composite spider of this application. The composite spider of this application improves glue penetration and increases the bonding area by using a perforated design in the inner and outer adhesive portions of the double spider structure, which can improve the bonding strength between the composite spider and the voice coil or frame when bonding the composite spider to the voice coil and frame.
