Abstract

A stubble cleaner of a stubble cleaner and soil loosener comprises a lower main plate, an upper blade plate, a blade edge, a round notch on the bottom of the main plate and a mounting hole above the round notch. The mounting hole of the stubble cleaner is a vertical strip hole with semicircular ends and a square middle. The improved part is only the change of the round mounting hole into a strip adjusting mounting hole, but it is of great significance. The strip mounting hole constitutes a center of gravity height adjusting structure of the stubble cleaner. The stubble cleaner has reasonable design and simple structure. After the stubble cleaner is installed, the distance between the structural center of gravity and the dynamic shaft can be adjusted, and after the adjustment, the dynamic balance standard is high, solving the drawbacks of the stubble cleaner and soil loosener caused by the unequal centrifugal force of the stubble cleaner, without causing agricultural machinery damage and personal safety factors and improving the service life of the stubble cleaner and soil loosener. The stubble cleaner of the stubble cleaner and soil loosener is provided with left-handed and right-handed stubble cleaners. The two kinds of stubble cleaners with compound angles are used together, improving the soil loosening and stubble cleaning work efficiency by several times.
