Environmentally friendly solvent production impurity removal device

Abstract

This invention relates to an impurity removal device for environmentally friendly solvent production, specifically in the field of impurity separation technology. It includes a cylindrical chamber with a vertically fixed partition dividing the chamber into a filtration chamber and a cleaning chamber. A solvent inlet cylinder connected to the filtration chamber is fixed to the bottom of the chamber, and a solvent outlet cylinder connected to the filtration chamber is fixed to the top. A filter disc, rotating horizontally within the chamber and passing through the partition, is positioned on either side of the filter disc. A spray washing chamber is fixed within the cleaning chamber, located above the filter disc. This invention overcomes the problem in traditional impurity removal structures where, after a period of separation, the machine needs to be stopped for cleaning, affecting the continuity of solvent production and reducing the efficiency of impurity removal.
