Abstract

The upper die assembly includes an upper die mounting plate directly opposite the top of the support plate. A cutting module for cutting off the part is mounted on the side of the upper die mounting plate facing the support plate. A slot is provided on the side of the upper die mounting plate. The cutting module includes a cutting body, a cutting holder, and a mounting base. The cutting holder is connected to the mounting base, and the cutting body is mounted on the cutting holder. The mounting base is fitted into the slot, and a positioning pin is provided in the slot. A positioning pin hole is provided on the mounting base, and the mounting base is movably inserted into the slot. When the mounting base is inserted into the slot, the positioning pin is inserted into the positioning pin hole. The quick-change cutting module of this application improves production efficiency and enhances the fixture's adaptability to different headband buckle models.
