A building brick strength detection device

Abstract

This utility model discloses a brick strength testing device, belonging to the field of brick testing technology. The device includes a workbench with a support plate fixed to one side of its top surface. A hydraulic cylinder is fixedly mounted on the surface of the support plate, and a pressure seat is fixedly mounted on the telescopic end of the hydraulic cylinder. This utility model places the brick to be tested on a U-shaped pallet, then pulls an L-shaped sliding rod to move an H-shaped movable frame, facilitating the sequential delivery of bricks to the pressure seat for strength testing. After testing, the U-shaped pallet can be rotated by turning a shaft, allowing it to flip and easily empty the broken pieces for the next brick. While one brick is being emptied, another is being tested, alternating between the two processes, improving testing efficiency and facilitating the removal of broken pieces.
