Abstract

This application relates to the field of insulation testing technology and discloses an industrial busbar insulation performance testing device, including a base box. A housing is fixedly installed on the top of the base box, and a placement seat is provided on the top of the base box. A sliding hole is opened on the top of the base box, located on the left side of the placement seat. Hydraulic cylinders are fixedly installed on both sides of the housing, and the output shafts of the hydraulic cylinders extend into the housing. A clamping contact mechanism is provided on the output shafts of the hydraulic cylinders. A controller is provided on the right side of the base box, and an insulation testing mechanism is provided inside the housing. A wire-moving mechanism and a protective mechanism are provided inside the base box. This application has the following advantages and effects: By providing a protective mechanism, when the clamping plate completes the clamping of the busbar, the protective plate can be smoothly raised to the front of the busbar testing area, forming a physical isolation barrier, which can effectively prevent operators from accidentally contacting the high-voltage area during the testing process.
