Track walking driving device of a grating breaker

Abstract

This application relates to the field of conveying device technology, specifically a track-walking drive device for a grate crusher, including a motor reducer, sprocket, smooth wheel assembly, frame, circular link chain, and tensioning device. The sprocket is mounted on the output shaft of the motor reducer. The motor reducer is fixed to the base of the frame by bolts and is used to drive the sprocket to rotate. The smooth wheel assembly is mounted on the frame and is connected to the sprocket via the circular link chain. The tensioning device is installed on the equipment's embedded plate and is used to tension the circular link chain. It can drive the equipment to move under various working conditions. Through the meshing transmission between the sprocket and the circular link chain (replacing traditional friction, pin teeth, and wire rope drive), combined with the design of the symmetrical smooth wheel assembly pressing down on the circular link chain, it forcibly ensures that the chain teeth are tightly engaged. This structure completely avoids the problems of track slippage, material jamming, and elastic deformation, enabling the equipment to move stably under harsh working conditions of high temperature, high humidity, and high dust, unaffected by the reduction of track friction coefficient or scattered materials.
