Bridge pier form

Abstract

This application discloses a bridge pier formwork, belonging to the field of bridge construction technology. It includes a foundation, with four sets of external fixing mechanisms installed above the foundation. Each external fixing mechanism includes two sets of vertical trusses, with horizontal plates on the outer sides of both sets of vertical trusses. Each of the four sets of external fixing mechanisms has a transverse waler on its inner side, and a panel assembly on the inner side of each of the four transverse walers. The panel assembly includes four sets of standard panels and four sets of irregularly shaped panels, with the irregularly shaped panels located between the two sets of standard panels. Multiple sets of spiral supports are installed on the inner side of the horizontal plates, with the telescopic ends of these spiral supports penetrating the transverse walers and abutting against one side of the panel assembly. In use, the curvature of the support surface can be adjusted, allowing for better adaptation to the shape of the bridge pier. Furthermore, subsequent disassembly and installation are more convenient, improving the practicality of the device.
