A slurry coating device

Abstract

This application relates to the field of food processing technology and provides a slurry coating device, including an equipment assembly and a hopper, conveying mechanism, and discharge mechanism installed on the equipment assembly. The discharge mechanism includes an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder sleeved on the outer wall of the inner cylinder. Both the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder are rotatably mounted on the equipment assembly. The equipment assembly is equipped with a motor and a fixing component. The motor drives the outer cylinder to rotate, and the fixing component fixes the inner cylinder to the equipment assembly. The inner cylinder is connected to the conveying mechanism and has first discharge holes of different diameters, all of which are spaced apart along the circumference of the inner cylinder. The outer cylinder has a coating area with multiple second discharge holes distributed thereon. This slurry coating device allows for flexible changes in the slurry discharge area by combining the first discharge holes of different diameters in the inner cylinder with the second discharge holes in the outer cylinder, thus avoiding slurry waste, eliminating the need to change different discharge nozzles, and providing convenient operation.
