Abstract

This invention provides an ammonium chloride solution evaporation crystallization impurity removal device. The first inlet of a nanofiltration impurity removal system is connected to the first outlet of a feed tank; the first inlet of an ammonium chloride membrane separation and concentration system is connected to the first outlet of the nanofiltration impurity removal system; the first inlet of the ammonium chloride evaporation crystallization system is connected to the first outlet of the ammonium chloride membrane separation and concentration system; the first inlet of a membrane separation pure water preparation system is connected to the first outlet of the ammonium chloride evaporation crystallization system, and its second inlet is connected to the second outlet of the ammonium chloride membrane separation and concentration system; the nanofiltration impurity removal system includes multiple separation systems connected in sequence, and some or all of the multiple separation systems are connected to the third outlet of the ammonium chloride membrane separation and concentration system through the second inlet of the nanofiltration impurity removal system. This invention, by setting up a nanofiltration impurity removal system before evaporation, can separate ammonium sulfate and cobalt ions, improving the evaporation capacity of the evaporation crystallization and enhancing operational stability.
