A porous carbon activation reaction apparatus

Abstract

This application discloses a porous carbon activation reaction device, relating to the technical field of activation reactions. It includes a fluidized bed with an air inlet, a feed inlet, and a discharge outlet. An external heater for heating the interior of the fluidized bed is installed on its inner wall. Multiple internal heating pipes are arranged uniformly along the diameter of the fluidized bed. An insulation layer covers the outer side of the fluidized bed. By installing an external heater on the side wall of the fluidized bed, multiple uniformly arranged internal heating pipes, and an insulation layer, dual heating of the fluidized bed's interior is achieved. The uniform distribution of the internal heating pipes effectively reduces the radial temperature gradient within the fluidized bed. Combined with the external heater and insulation layer, this maintains a uniform and stable temperature within the bed, thereby improving the problem of uneven pore distribution in porous carbon and enhancing product performance.
