Riveting tool for cutting off the knife roller

Abstract

This application belongs to the technical field of workpiece processing equipment, specifically relating to a riveting and welding fixture for a cutting cutter roller. The fixture includes a first positioning component and a second positioning component arranged opposite to each other for clamping the cutting cutter roller. Both the first and second positioning components include an end plate positioning portion and a blank plate positioning portion that are interconnected. At least one of the first and second positioning components can move towards or away from the other. Before welding, the cutting end plate and the cutter blank plate need to be positioned for welding. In this application, the entire welding positioning process only requires installing the cutting end plate to the end plate positioning portion, adjusting the distance between the first and second positioning components, and installing the cutter blank plate to the blank plate positioning portion. Therefore, the operation is very simple. In other words, the riveting and welding fixture provided by the specific embodiment of this application can quickly realize the connection between the cutter blank plate and the cutting end plate, thereby improving the welding processing efficiency of the cutting cutter roller.
