Abstract

A mobile lifting rope saw vehicle includes a mobile base, a movable arm and a rope saw vehicle head, the rope saw vehicle head includes a rope saw frame, driven rope saw wheels, steering rope saw wheels and a cutting chain connected in series on the driven rope saw wheels and the steering rope saw wheels; the rope saw frame is in the shape of a bent bow and includes a cross brace connected with the movable arm and inclined braces located on both sides of the cross brace, the two steering rope saw wheels are arranged on both sides of the cross brace, and the two driven rope saw wheels are arranged at the end of the two inclined braces away from the cross brace; the rope saw frame is provided with an electric telescopic adjusting rod for adjusting the tightness of the cutting chain, and the end of the electric telescopic adjusting rod is provided with a pulley for supporting the cutting chain. The rope saw chain of the rope saw vehicle can be remotely adjusted in tightness, greatly improving the safety in use, the rope saw machine can be applied to environments such as high places, ground and underground, has strong adaptability and greatly solves the technical problem that the traditional rope saw machine needs to frequently stop work to adjust the tightness of the rope saw chain during the cutting of concrete.
