UV light converging structure and inkjet printing device

Abstract

The application discloses a UV light converging structure and an inkjet printing device, and relates to the technical field of printing devices.The UV light converging structure comprises a substrate, a first reflecting side plate and a second reflecting side plate arranged on the bottom side of the substrate, and a diaphragm hole is arranged on the substrate, wherein the central axis of the diaphragm hole coincides with the ultraviolet light output direction of an ultraviolet light source; the first reflecting side plate and the second reflecting side plate are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the diaphragm hole, both extend from the substrate to a direction away from the ultraviolet light source, and the first reflecting side plate and the second reflecting side plate form an ultraviolet light converging channel; the light emitting surface of the ultraviolet light source is located at the inlet end of the diaphragm hole or in the diaphragm hole, so that the ultraviolet light emitted by the ultraviolet light source firstly passes through the diaphragm hole and then is emitted through the ultraviolet light converging channel. According to the technical scheme, the ultraviolet light emitted by the ultraviolet light source can be efficiently converged after passing through the diaphragm hole and the ultraviolet light converging channel, the structure is simple, a multistage reflecting cover or a complex lens group is not needed, the production cost is low, and the application has a better market prospect.
