A high-precision long-acting composite gas detection device

Abstract

The application relates to a high-precision long-acting composite gas detection device, and relates to the technical field of gas detection. The composite gas detection device comprises a shell, a gas sensor module, an air inlet and an air outlet, and further comprises a multistage airflow equalizing mechanism located between the air inlet and the gas sensor module. The multistage airflow equalizing mechanism comprises: a tapered fairing in communication with the air inlet and provided with spiral flow guide grooves on the inner wall; and a honeycomb equalizing plate used for distributing the gas discharged from the tapered fairing into the gas sensor module for detection, and the distance between the honeycomb equalizing plate and the outlet of the tapered fairing is 10-15 mm. The spiral flow guide grooves in the tapered fairing are used for accelerating the laminar flow, the airflow after the laminar flow is divided into micro airflows by the honeycomb equalizing plate, and then the micro airflows impact on the detection surface of the gas sensor module, so that the distribution uniformity of the airflow is improved, and the detection precision and service life of the composite gas detection device are improved.
