Abstract

The application provides a motor stator dripping paint device, which comprises a placing plate, four corners of the bottom of the placing plate are fixedly provided with supporting legs, the bottom of the placing plate is fixedly provided with a rotating assembly, both sides of the top of the rotating assembly are fixedly provided with supporting discs, the top of each supporting disc is fixedly provided with a protective shell, the top of each protective shell is fixedly provided with a fixing assembly, the top of each supporting disc is provided with a stator body, the rear side of the top of the placing plate is fixedly provided with a supporting frame, and the top of the supporting frame is fixedly provided with an electric telescopic rod. Through the design of the fixing assembly, various sizes of motor stators can be fixed, the device can adapt to various sizes of motor stators, the time required for additional adjustment or re-fixing of different sizes of motor stators is reduced, the production cycle is shortened, the stable position of the stator during the dripping paint process can be ensured, and the uneven paint layer caused by the slight movement of the stator during the operation process can be avoided.
