A multi-guide roller leveling device for metal sheets

Abstract

This utility model discloses a multi-guide roller leveling device for metal sheets, including a frame. Slide grooves are provided on both sides of the frame. An upper guide roller assembly moves vertically up and down on the upper part of the slide grooves, and a lower guide roller assembly is provided on the lower part of the slide grooves. The lower guide roller assembly is located directly below the upper guide roller assembly. Both the upper and lower guide roller assemblies are equipped with scraper mechanisms. On one hand, the scraper mechanisms of the upper and lower guide roller assemblies are driven by a screw and gears, allowing the arc-shaped grooves of the scraper to adhere to the surface of the guide rollers and scrape away foreign objects, avoiding interference with leveling and guide roller operation, reducing wear, and extending equipment life. On the other hand, the cleaning brushes on the top plate of the upper guide roller assembly and the support plate directly below the lower guide roller assembly move relative to the guide roller surface to clean impurities on the upper and lower surfaces of the sheet metal. Combined with the strip grooves on the support plate for impurity removal, this ensures the cleanliness of the guide rollers and sheet metal surfaces, improving the sheet metal processing quality and the operational stability of the leveling device.
