Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种轻量化陶板装饰线，属于建筑装饰技术领域，热镀锌钢通框架一的上下两侧对称安装有U型热镀锌钢底板，U型热镀锌钢底板外对称套设有铝合金主框架一和铝合金主框架二，陶土板一和陶土板二的两侧分别安装有竖向陶土板铝扣件，每组陶土板一和陶土板二之间的接缝为≤5mm，陶土板一和陶土板二的组装接缝小，且为互绕包裹结构，更为美观，陶土板一和陶土板二内侧的固定结构铝合金主框架一和铝合金主框架二为对称安装结构，增加了本设备的抗风性和承重性，在材料减少的基础上降低了成本。

Claims

1. The lightweight tile trim of claim 4, wherein: The thickness of terracotta slab one (D1) and terracotta slab two (D2) is 30mm, the joint width between terracotta slab one (D1) and terracotta slab two (D2) is ≤5mm, and the length of a single set of terracotta slab one (D1) and terracotta slab two (D2) is 6m.
